With decades experience and practice in the fields of construction and complete equipment supply for fossil power station, CHEC can act as a complete equipment supplier and a engineering project contractor for utility system of large fossil power plant.

CHEC can undertake projects for conventional plant, heat and power cogeneration plant, gas and steam combined cycle plant and nuclear power station, include that of coal conveying and pulverizing, ash handling, water treatment, power plant pipeline, flue gas monitoring, steel structure, program control systems, and fire fighting system, etc.

EPC contract of Zunhua, Phase Ⅱ , 2 × 300MW was signed in 2003.

CHEC is capable to undertake evaluation consulting and EPC contract for domestic and international power plant projects individually or in cooperation with other companies. In recent years, it has cooperated with foreign counterparts to contract or subcontract power plant construction project in China such as Ligang, Zouxian, Ezhou, Beilungang, Sanhe, Hejin, Jiujiang, Rizhao, Hanfeng and Waigaoqiao, etc.
